Annual License

The Shield Pro, The Shield Deluxe, Security Shield, Spam Shield and The Shield Antivirus are annual license services offered by PCSecurityShield. By accepting this agreement you agree to have PCSecurityShield charge you annual license fees to the credit card or Paypal service until you cancel your service. Your credit card will be charged the listed cost of the "renewal price" at the date of purchase. PCSecurityShield will extend your license 1 month prior to the end of your subscription for an additional year of protection.

If you would like PCSecurityShield NOT to extend your annual service at the end of the service term, simply email billing@pcsecurityshield.com and we will match your email address to your order and cancel the autobill option.

You will immediately receive an email confirmation of this request.

License Cancellation

At any time you can request the cancellation of your License Renewal. To do so, email billing@pcsecurityshield.com with your name and/or number anytime prior to one month before the expiration of your license or call PCSecurityShield at 561-243-3247 during normal business hours. You will immediately receive an email confirmation of this request.

Cancelled Orders

PCSecurityShield will accept order cancellations within 20 days of purchase. ALL order cancellations will incur a $3.00 processing fee. Under no circumstances will this fee be waived.

To cancel an order please contact us at (561)243-3247 and we will confirm by phone or email.

The Shield Alert

By completing this form you have also agreed to receive The Shield Alert, a PCSecurityShield e-newsletter. All PCSecurityShield emails are Can-Spam compliant and you can be removed by using the opt out function at the bottom of any email or emailing us directly at remove@pcsecurityshield.com

Shipping Methods

PCSecurityShield ships domestically via US Mail or FedEx and Airmail for International orders. Shipping costs are listed in the pull down menu for each item.

Cut off time for Fedex Shipping is 2PM EST. If you need an overnight shipment after that time, please call us at 561-243-3247 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Orders

PCSecurityShield only ships to countries that are listed in the Pull Down menu. Due to the excessive costs of online fraud we have limited our international shipping. If you feel that you would still like to order from us but are not listed in the Country list, please email us.

FedEx Shipping is NOT available for international locations.

Shipping Policy

Please feel free to call us at (561)243-3247 after 10AM if you would like overnight shipments.

Return Policy:

PCSecurityShield will accept returns for up to 20 days after day of receipt of good. Item must be in good shape and a restocking fee may be charged if there is damage. PCSecurityShield will not reimburse for return shipping fees.

After 20 days PCSecurityShield will issue a store credit only less fees.

Return Policy - Returns will not be accepted once the product packaging (plastic cover) has been removed.

Lost Orders:

Order sent via first class mail can take 5-10 days to arrive. PCSecurityShield will not reship lost order for 14 days after the original order was placed.

Please notify us within 20 days of order date if an order has not been received. After 20 days PCSecurityShield will consider the product received and the customer satisfied.
